Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty-LHP surgery

Dear General Surgery Dr. Hello, I am 46 years old man from Wien-Austria. I have hemorrhoids illness at grade 3 or 4. My hemorrhoids prolapse in each bowel movement but they are not fixed. I mean, in 2-3 hours, they get in, but sometimes when I am standing, One package prolapse again. I am informed by internet about you and I am very influenced. You perform Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty-LHP surgery with minimum pain. So, I want to ask you some questions as follows : 0- Is it really painless for grade 4 ? or much less pain than other techniques ? For grade 4, do you perform LHP operation ? or MISSH operation ? I prefer LHP but if MISSH is necessary, how is it like ? 1- I have 3 hemorrhoids package. In the direction of 11, it is at 4’th grade, In the direction of 3 and 7, it is at third grade. So, in just one LHP Operation, can I be all OK ? I mean, will all these 3 packages disappear after the operation ? in just one session ? 2- Some LHP Doctors claim that, at grade 4, LHP is not good. Are you sure it is total solution for grade 4 ? 3-Recurrence ? LHP procedure is painless. OK, but in 2-3 years, Can all those hemorrhoids come back ? 4- as soon as I get operated by LHP, Can I come back to city where I live ? or do I have to stay there for example in a hotel for 1 week ? Can it be problem ? Any control ? 5- can there be any harm to sfincter muscles ? how about anal stenosis ? 6- as in Longo technique, do I encounter 3-4 bowel movement feeling, each day, after the LHP operation ? I mean , do I feel that I need to Bowel Movement in a day more than 1 ? is 1 time Bowel Movement possible for LHP operation ? 7- will I feel pain in my first Bowel Movement after the operation ? or in a first week ? 8- As sum, do you think LHP is certainly much better than THD-HAL , Longo , Ligasure etc ? is it the best hemorrhoid operation ? 9- can Local anesthesia be enough for me ? if yes, what prior test do you perform and want ? EKG ? Blood test ? Lung test ? 10- will I have problem after the operation when I need to piss ? I heard for spinal anesty, it is a bit problem. 11- Will I need to apply ice per hour after the operation ? some dr. say, ice should be put on the operated area. some say, there will be pressure . is it true ? 12- Do you use diode laser of company – ………………. ? what is nm ? 1.470 nm ? 13- Are you the Dr who perfoms LHP Operation ?
